The Newport Harbor Recovery Treatment Programconsists of three phases.PHASE 1(the first 30 days) are the most intensive part of the program. Clients are required to attend group sessions on topics that include: Relapse Prevention, Anger Management, Healthy Coping Mechanisms, Chemical Dependency Education and Communication Skills. Group and individual sessions are held daily and our an integral part of our Life Skills oriented program.

PHASE 2During the second phase of the program, clients are encouraged to obtain employment, enroll in school, or participate in some form of positive, outside activity while continuing to interact in their treatment program. The goal is to allow each client to have the opportunity to make a smooth transition into the world yet still have a safe, supportive and sober living environment to return home to.

PHASE 3The third phase of the program builds on the second phase. Goals include maintaining employment, attending outside meetings and forging positive relationships with their sponsors and/or mentors. Clients learn to stay involved in the program, and that recovery can revolve around their personal work and school schedules. They also begin preparing to transition to the next phase of their personal recovery plan-all the while"Living Life on Life's Terms..."
